GENERAL INFORMATION

This page contains the terms & conditions. Please read these terms & conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. By purchasing on www.eglesilko.com you agree with these terms and conditions.

PRICES

All prices shown on the Website are in euros, danish krones and swedish krones.

Please be aware that other fees may apply, such as currency conversion fees, card payment fees and etc. These charges are not covered by Egle Silko Jewelry.

CONFIRMATION EMAIL

You will receive a confirmation email to your email address after we receive an order. Please make sure that it is in accordance with your order. If you find any mistakes (product information, size, metal, etc.) or want to make changes, please write an email to egle.silko@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If you haven't received a confirmation email please check your spam box. If it is not there, please contact us by email egle.silko@gmail.com.

SAFE PAYMENT OPTIONS

All products remain eglesilko.com's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

All transfers conducted through eglesilko.com are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Payment can be done with use of PayPal system. Paypal is a safe platform that requires you to create an account and just transfer money through them. DELIVERY

Delivery - Domestic (Estonia)

Orders that are placed in Estonia are shipped with Omniva. Delivery time takes 2-5 days depending on the destination and time the purchase was made. However, there might be longer delivery times during promotional campaigns, public holidays, etc.

You will receive a tracking number immediately after orders are shipped.

Delivery - International (Outside of Estonia)

Orders that are placed outside of Estonia are shipped with Omniva. Delivery time takes 7-14 days depending on the destination and time the purchase was made. However, there might be longer delivery times during promotional campaigns, public holidays, etc.

You will receive a tracking number immediately after orders are shipped.

RETURN POLICY

Customers have a right to return ordered jewelry within 14 days from the day goods are received and receive full refund. We only accept returns, if jewelry is in the same condition as before delivery. It has to be unworn, without damage such as scratches, change in color and similar. Returns must be send back in the same packaging. Shipping cost are not covered by EgleSilkoJewelry. It is not our responsibility of any loss or damage of return deliveries.

Custom made jewelry (f.e. Wedding or engagement rings) can not be returned.

International returns

When items are shipped from outside the Estonia, please state on the package that it is “RETURNED GOODS”. This will help to avoid custom charges. EgleSilkoJewelry does not take any responsibility of custom charges. Sender/customer covers extra charges if it occurs.

EXCHANGE

If you want to exchange please write an email to egle.silko@gmail.com. Provide customer information and product information you want to receive as an exchange.

Please be aware that not every product on the website can be exchanged. If you are in doubt, please write us an e-mail.

WARRANTY

Every customer has 2 years warranty (mandatory EU law).

Be aware that lack of jewelry care and normal wear is not covered by the warranty.

You always have the right to request eglesilko.com to delete or correct the information held about you. By accepting the eglesilko.com Conditions, you agree to the above.

FORCE MAJEURE

Events outside eglesilko.com's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that eglesilko.com is released from eglesilko.com's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

At the event of when a product is sold out, eglesilko.com has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. eglesilko.com shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
